Easter has passed and so university started again. I think I managed it now to sign up for most of the classes I need, some mandatory and some law classes about topics regarding my M.A.-thesis. Lectures are as boring as they've ever been, so no change at all ^^.
And I finally managed it to sign up to a canoe course together with my roommate. Although I've been living in Hamburg, a harbour town with water everywhere, for over 4 years before I went to Japan I never managed it to take canoe lessions, so my first time trying it out was last year in Okinawa and it was real fun. Unfortunately the weather in Hamburg and the landscape is slightly different to Okinawa.
Aaaah, and I found some cheap plane tickets yesterday. So I decided to go to Edinburgh in June for 2 days.. I always wanted to go to Scotland ever since I was in middle school. Yay, Scotland, Yay!
The FAQ pages of the low cost carrier is also pretty interesting. There are questions like "Can I take my parachute with me in the cabin?"
Ah, and it seems that I'm not allowed to take my cross bows, catapults and harpoons in the cabin.
..... I never go outside without my catapult
When I told my other roommate (I dunno if he sometimes is a freak or a member of the Russian mafia
- Earlier the day we had a discussion wether it will be a new thrilling fad in 100 years to have your head removed and get a picture of yourself) he asked if it would be okay to take human bodies with you..
little did I know when I checked the newspapers in the Evening:
